In my opinion your customer service is really great,any questions were dealt with promptly. The workmanship and general quality of build of my guitar are really first class. The tone is better than I could expect at anywhere near this price point, bass, mids and treble are very well balanced. The value for money is exceptional. Very comfortable to play, neck feels great..The size is also very comfortable. Definitely leads the pack in guitars in this price from major manufacturers. Pick this up much more than my other guitars.
